If you are a registered patient at the surgery, and are permanently or temporarily housebound, requiring medical treatment/assistance, our clinicians will assess  your symptoms over the telephone in the first instance. If the clinician decides that you need to be seen face-to-face, we have services available to enable you to be visited at home. The GP may decide to visit you themselves or they may refer you to the PCN Home Visiting Team who will visit you instead.

 

The Home Visiting Team is a team of paramedics providing services to practices within the Torridge Primary Care Network. Please note that this service is not available to patients registered with the practice under the 'Out of Area' scheme.
