How can we help?

Self Care

Self-care is a great way to treat minor illnesses and injuries. A large range of common illnesses and injuries can be treated at home simply with over-the-counter medicines and plenty of rest. Our health information library below provides lots of useful health advice.

Physiotherapy Pilot

For Patients who are over 18 years old with a musculo-skeletal problem e.g. back/neck pain, muscle or joint problem.

You can now refer yourself for Physiotherapy without seeing your GP. Ask at Reception front desk for a form, or download from the following location:

GP Online Services - Information

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer or mobile. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP health record

The service is free. Everyone who is registered with a GP can have access to their practice's online services.
