Dr Kevin Brown , MB ChB DRCOG FRCGP ILTM (full-time Partner, male) is the Senior Partner and a qualified and experienced trainer. He is interested in Medical Education and Ophthalmology. He is the lead GP for Hypothyroidism.

Dr Glenys Knight , MB ChB DRCOG MRCGP (0.5 wte Partner, female) is the lead GP for asthma. She is also the Clinical Supervisor for the GP Flexible Careers Scheme and the Medical Officer for Edgehill College , a local Independent School .

Dr Mark Clayton , MB BS DRCOG MRCGP PGC (Med Ed) (full-time Partner, male) is the Trainer with responsibility for supervising the GP Registrar. He is interested in Medical Education and Ophthalmology. He is the lead GP for Prescribing and Hypertension and an Educational Supervisor for trainee doctors in Devon and Cornwall .

Dr Ragaii Loka , MB ChB FRCS (full-time Partner, male) is a fully qualified surgeon offering Minor Surgery services to the local population.  Procedures  performed include rigid sigmoidoscopy, vasectomy, injection and banding of piles, excision of more complicated skin lesions and ingrowing toenails. He is in negotiation with the PCT to offer carpel tunnel day surgery.  He is the lead GP for Cancer Care and Minor Surgery.

Dr Geoff Spencer , MB BS DRCOG, MRCGP (full-time Partner, male) is interested in the training of Medical Students. His is the lead GP for Epilepsy and Anti-coagulation, and is part of the management team responsible for Patient Choice, QOF and Practice Based Commissioning at BMC. 

Dr Duncan Bardner , MB ChB DCH, MRCGP (full-time Partner, male) is the liaison doctor for the Casualty service at Bideford Community Hospital . He is also a member of the LMC for North Devon . He is the lead GP for IT and is part of the management team responsible for Patient Choice, QOF and Practice Based Commissioning at BMC.  His area of clinical interest is Diabetes.

Dr Alison Stapley , BSc (Hons) MB BS MRCGP DRCOG DGM DPD (part-time Partner, female) is the lead GP for COPD and has a special interest in Dermatology, Medical Acupuncture and Teenage Health.

Dr Antonia Lidder , BSc (Hons) MB ChB MRCGP (part-time job-share Partner, female) is the co-Lead GP for Mental Health, Depression and Dementia.  She is interested in medical education and runs a Special Study Unit for students from Peninsula Medical School .  She also develops and maintains the practice website.

Dr Yuk-Lung Chan , MB ChB MRCGP (half-time job-share Partner, male) is a co-Lead GP for Mental Health, Depression and Dementia.   He is interested in Accident and Emergency Medicine and aims to develop his role in the local Casualty.

Dr Edward Bond , MB ChB DRCOG MRCGP (full-time Partner, male) is the lead GP for Coronary Heart Disease and has an interest in Medical Acupuncture. He is the Medical Officer for Grenville College and Edgehill College, local Independent Schools and is a co-lead on the education of Peninsula Medical School students at the practice.

Dr Ruth Down , MB ChB DRCOG DCH DFFP  (part-time Partner, 3 days per week, female) is the lead GP for Women’s Health.  She has an interest in Family Planning and Sexual Health.

Dr Sarah Ansell , MA BM BCh DRCOG MRCGP (works 1 session a week in the Practice, female) is the North Devon VTS Course Organiser and supervises F2 (2nd Year Foundation doctors) at BMC.

Dr Stuart Burbridge, (full time GP Registrar, male) is Registrar at BMC until August 2009.  He undertakes his Royal College of General Practitioners membership examinations in late 2009.
